Major Projects
SCR/CO - Turner EnviroLogic has been
recently completed the commissioning of two SCR/CO Systems installed
to treat the exhaust gases from Rolls Royce Trent 60 power generating
turbines installed at Braintree Electric in Braintree, MA.
Turner EnviroLogic supplied the two SCR/CO units, along with two
Continuous Emissions Monitoring Systems (CEMS) with Data Acquisition
and EPA data reporting. Installation and commissioning were
completed in The Fall of 2009.
SCR/CO - Turner EnviroLogic has
completed the manufacture of four SCR/CO Systems to treat the exhaust
gas emissions from Rolls Royce Trent 60 power turbines. Turner
EnviroLogic supplied the two SCR/CO units, along with two Continuous
Emissions Monitoring Systems (CEMS) with Data Acquisition and EPA data
reporting. These units were completed in the winter of 2009 and
are not residing in storage as the original owner has cancelled
the project. Contact Turner EnviroLogic is you are interested in
purchasing these SCR/CO Systems in whole or in part.
SCR/CO - Turner EnviroLogic
has been awarded a contract to supply eight SCR/CO
Systems to treat the gases from Rolls Royce Trent power turbines each
having a capacity of generating 64 MW. These
systems will be installed at the systems will be installed at the
Bayonne Energy Center in Bayonne, NJ. Power generated from this
plant will be sent underwater to serve residents in the City of New
York. The plant is scheduled for completion in 2011.
SCR/CO - Turner EnviroLogic is
currently completing the commissioning of two SCR/CO systems to treat
the exhaust gases from General Electric LM-6000 power turbines that
have been installed at The Orange Grove Project in Pala, CA. In
addition to the two SCR/CO Systems, Turner EnviroLogic supplied the
ammonia storage tank with forwarding station, the Continuous Emissions
Monitoring Systems (CEMS) and the Data Acquisition Systems for
reporting emissions levels. Commisioning is scheduled for
completion in spring 2010.
Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer (RTO)
- Turner EnviroLogic has completed the commissioning of a 6,000 scfm
capacity Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer that was installed at the
Chemsultants International facility in Mentor, OH. Commissioning
was completed in the wineter of 2009. The RTO will treat the
exhaust gases for an adhesive coating operation reducing the VOC
emissions by 95%. A unique feature of this RTO is it's use of
Variable Heat Recovery to provide the most energy efficient operation
over a wide range of VOC loadings.
Thermal Oxidizer – Turner
EnviroLogic has been awarded a contract to supply a Direct Fired
Thermal Oxidizer that will be installed at The Big Island Carbon
facility in Kawaihae, Hawaii. The Oxidizer will treat the
exhaust gases from a process that will generate activated charcoal and
biofuel made from macadamia nut shells.
