Turner EnviroLogic, Inc. designs and manufactures a wide variety of air pollution control equipment capable of meeting today’s stringent emissions standards. We are in the business of providing innovative engineered solutions to air pollution control problems to minimize the impact of compliance with regulations.

Our air pollution control equipment reduces emissions of gaseous, particulate and odor emissions generated by industrial processes. Air pollution monitoring equipment can be provided as stand-alone components or can be integrated into complete air pollution control systems, including EPA compliant continuous emissions monitoring systems (CEMs)

Our Solutions

Thermal Oxidizers

Turner EnviroLogic designs and manufactures direct fired thermal oxidizers (DFTO) for applications with high VOC concentrations where the level of VOC’s themselves can support combustion without the use of fuel.

Wet Scrubbers

Wet scrubbers can remove up to 99% of particulate matter and gaseous pollutants like SOx and HCl from industrial exhaust streams.Our wet scrubbers products include orifice scrubbers, venturi scrubbers and packed bed scrubbers for high particulate collection efficiency and removal of acid gases and odors.

Dampers

With leakage rates as low as 1–2%, TEI manufacture dampers for diverse processes. They are available as standalone units or with air pollution control systems. Constructed for temperatures up to 2,000 °F.

Expansion Joints

Metal expansion joints absorb thermal expansion in ductwork and equipment, handling high-temperature process gases. Multiple welded bellows accommodate 1” to 6” movement.

Selective Catalytic Reduction Systems

Customized selective catalytic reduction systems to reduce NOx and CO levels from power generating turbine and industrial furnace exhausts.

Continuous Emissions Monitoring Systems

Continuous Emissions Monitoring (CEMs) measure pollutant levels in real-time to meet EPA and State Monitoring requirements. It includes Sampling System, Analyzers, CEMs Integration.

Industrial Exhaust Stacks and Accessories

Turner EnviroLogic designs, fabricates and erects exhaust stacks of all types. Each exhaust stack is designed in accordance with ASME STS-1 standards. Each application is carefully analyzed taking into consideration wind responses, temperatures and the corrosive effects of the gases exhausted. Sampling ports, platforms and ladders are standard features.
