Packed Bed Scrubbers
Applicators
Our packed bed scrubbers are custom-built to remove water-soluble gases, including acidic and alkaline compounds. Using optimized packing media and controlled water distribution, they provide the contact time needed for effective neutralization in applications such as plating and chemical processing.
Vertical Scrubbers
The most common scrubber type, with a compact counterflow design for high mass transfer. Cylindrical structure withstands high pressure, while a recirculating sump allows makeup, blowdown, and monitoring. Units are available in alloys, FRP, or non-metallic materials, with pumps and auxiliaries skid-mounted for easy installation.
Horizontal Scrubbers
Designed for limited vertical space, the HPB allows indoor or rooftop placement with reduced wind loading. Multiple beds can be staged for different solutions. Liquid is recirculated from integral or separate sumps with vertical shaft pumps, and units can be built from a wide range of materials.
Complete Systems
We provide standalone or design/build scrubber systems with pumps, valves, supports, dampers, and expansion joints. Units can integrate with oxidizers, quenchers, venturis, and stacks, with controls from manual to PLC. Systems ship pre-assembled, wired, and piped, with installation available.
