Gas Turbine

SCR systems reduce NOx by up to 90-95% and CO in Turbine exhaust complying with strict emissions and State Monitoring requirements.

Gas Purification

Turbine exhaust contains temperatures up to 1,200 °F and variable flow rates, carrying NOx, CO, and particulate matter. We pair turbines with SCR systems achieving up to 90–95% NOx reduction, wet scrubbers for acid gas and particulate control, and cooling technologies to protect downstream equipment.

WAV or Cool WAV

A slip stream of turbine exhaust vaporizes ammonia in a dedicated chamber, which is then delivered to the injection grid without the need of injection fans. This eliminates electric heaters and fans and reduces capital and operating costs, and enables rapid SCR startup.

Ammonia Grid and Cooling Air

Turner EnviroLogic has developed a Cool WAV system for improved ammonia distribution that ensures greater rates of NOx conversion and reduced ammonia slip. Vaporized Ammonia is mixed with cooling air for distribution by plenums. The system is self-balancing, so it does not require expensive valves or complicated balancing procedures to be effective.

Control Panel

The control panel centralizes turbine, SCR, and scrubber operations. PLC-based systems regulate flow, temperature, and reagent injections while providing real-time monitoring, safety interlocks, and reliable operator control.
