For industrial, boiler, or engine systems, TEI uses its unique dual fluid nozzle to produce a very fine high velocity mist for rapid vaporization and thorough mixing.

TEI’s Wav System

This design uses hot gas extracted from the exhaust stream, directed through a vaporization chamber equipped with TEI’s
proprietary dual fluid nozzle. The vaporized mixture is then introduced using TEI’s “H HEADER” AIG. An injection blower
is used where needed- not always required.

For gas turbine systems requiring tempering air, this system uses turbine exhaust heat and pressure to create flow through the vaporizer chamber. This mixture is injected into the tempering fan Inlet, for mixing with tempering air, and delivery through TEI’s plenum system.
