Experience
TEi has built SCRs for Industrial and engine applications for over 30 years. These control NOx from ovens, furnaces, industrial processes, uranium enrichment, and IC engines, using ammonia, or urea and catalysts to meet NOx emission levels.
Fully Assembled
Our systems are shop assembled for quick and easy installation. Equipment is skid mounted, complete with vaporization and injection hardware. To fit the need, we utilize direct injection, waste heat or electric heaters and CFD designed distributors to achieve the required mixing and distribution.
Controls, Piping & Wiring
Systems are complete with pumps, control valves, transmitters, and interconnecting piping ready for operation in our customer’s plant. All controls are pre-wired, adjusted and calibrated for a fully working system. FAT simulations assure smooth commissioning.
Control Panels
TEI designs, builds, wires and programs each panel to meet our customer’s unique requirements. Panels can be local, on shop floor, or remote mounted a control room, or separate TEI built walk-in enclosure with air conditioning, lighting and work areas, fully pre-wired and ready for field use.
